As an Amazon Account Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing Amazon seller accounts for clients. Working fully remotely during daytime hours aligned with Sydney time, you'll focus on improving performance through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage promotional calendars, including major events like Black Friday and Prime Day, to maximize sales impact.
- Improve product listings to boost visibility and conversion rates while maintaining strong Item Data Quality (IDQ).
- Keep product catalogs accurate and up to date, supporting inventory planning and optimization initiatives.
- Create 12-month sales and inventory forecasts to guide long-term client strategies.
- Develop detailed reporting tools using Google Sheets, including dashboards and automated templates.
- Track and interpret performance metrics such as revenue, units sold, conversion rate, average selling price, and cost per acquisition.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to evaluate financial performance.
- Automate routine reporting tasks using advanced spreadsheet functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER, and Pivot Tables.
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations to improve results.
What You Bring
- Strong expertise in Google Sheets or Excel, particularly for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to turn data into meaningful insights that guide business decisions.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
