RocketAMS is hiring an Amazon Account Specialist to play a key role in driving client success on the Amazon marketplace. You will manage multiple accounts, focusing on strategic execution, performance analysis, and optimization to achieve growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute promotional calendars for major sales events like Black Friday and Prime Day.
- Optimize product listings for visibility and conversion, ensuring high Item Data Quality (IDQ).
- Maintain and update product catalogs and support inventory management tasks.
- Develop 12-month sales and inventory forecasts to support client growth strategies.
- Build and maintain advanced Google Sheets templates and dashboards for client reporting.
- Analyze key metrics such as revenue, units sold, CVR, ROAS, ASP, and CPA.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals).
- Automate recurring tasks using Google Sheets scripts or advanced formulas.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance reporting.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines independently.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts (listings, SEO content, catalog, promotions, account health).
- Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and advanced Excel / Google Sheets (dashboards, formulas, pivots).
- Ability to manage multiple Amazon accounts independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret performance metrics and drive actions.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with experience documenting processes and improving workflows.

- Familiarity with Seller Central or Vendor Central.
