Michels Utility Services, Inc. is hiring an Alternative Delivery Manager, Tunnel Engineering & Construction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least five years in project or construction management
  • Professional background in transportation engineering or transportation-related construction, such as highway projects, bridge development, foundations, retaining walls, or federally funded initiatives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of alternative project delivery methods, including design-build, construction manager/general contractor (CMGC), and progressive design-build
  • Proven track record in key leadership positions on complex construction projects
  • Extensive experience managing client relationships during both project acquisition and execution phases
  • Familiarity with developing win strategies, cost estimation, and project scheduling techniques
  • Background in preparing technical documentation and written project materials
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and project controls software platforms
  • Valid driver's license appropriate for assigned vehicles and a satisfactory driving history

Nice to Have

  • Professional Engineer (PE) and Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certifications
