Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least five years in project or construction management
- Professional background in transportation engineering or transportation-related construction, such as highway projects, bridge development, foundations, retaining walls, or federally funded initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge of alternative project delivery methods, including design-build, construction manager/general contractor (CMGC), and progressive design-build
- Proven track record in key leadership positions on complex construction projects
- Extensive experience managing client relationships during both project acquisition and execution phases
- Familiarity with developing win strategies, cost estimation, and project scheduling techniques
- Background in preparing technical documentation and written project materials
- Working knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and project controls software platforms
- Valid driver's license appropriate for assigned vehicles and a satisfactory driving history
