Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in project or construction management, or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Background in proposal development, cost estimation, design, or construction, with knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulations
- Proven work history with a contracting organization
- Hands-on involvement in alternative project delivery models such as design-build and engineering-procurement-construction (EPC)
- Demonstrated leadership in key project roles from concept through execution
- Extensive client engagement experience during both project pursuit and delivery phases
- Familiarity with developing win strategies, pricing models, and project scheduling techniques
- Experience in producing technical documentation and written proposals
- Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software platforms
- Valid driver's license for applicable vehicles and a safe driving record
Nice to Have
- Professional Engineer (PE) and Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certifications preferred
