Michels Utility Services, Inc. is hiring an Alternative Delivery Manager, Small Modular Nuclear Reactor

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in project or construction management, or a comparable combination of education and experience
  • Background in proposal development, cost estimation, design, or construction, with knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulations
  • Proven work history with a contracting organization
  • Hands-on involvement in alternative project delivery models such as design-build and engineering-procurement-construction (EPC)
  • Demonstrated leadership in key project roles from concept through execution
  • Extensive client engagement experience during both project pursuit and delivery phases
  • Familiarity with developing win strategies, pricing models, and project scheduling techniques
  • Experience in producing technical documentation and written proposals
  • Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software platforms
  • Valid driver's license for applicable vehicles and a safe driving record

Nice to Have

  • Professional Engineer (PE) and Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certifications preferred
