ALTEN is looking for an IT Supporter Softwareverteilung (all gender) to take ownership of software deployment and IT support. You will join our team to ensure reliable software distribution and provide high-level support for our users.
What You'll Do
- Organize and execute software distributions
- Analyze and resolve errors using common software tools
- Work with current ticket systems to manage support requests
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Support project planning activities
- Constantly exchange IT support experience with the team
What We're Looking For
- A completed IT training or a degree in computer science
- Comprehensive experience in IT support (2nd/3rd Level) for end users
- Comprehensive knowledge of software distribution and its tools
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems (Client + Server)
- Experience with the tools Azure DevOps, Remedy ARS and JIRA
- Very good German language skills in word and writing (project language German)
- Good English language skills
