Role & Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: - Directly oversee and lead practice managers across multiple hospital locations - Manage comprehensive operational aspects including staffing, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, training, and human resources - Serve as key resource and partner to managing veterinarians - Collaborate with leadership to review financial and operational reports - Develop strategic improvement plans - Execute post-acquisition integration processes - Travel to practices 4-5 days weekly Qualifications: - Strong communication and leadership skills - Exceptional organizational abilities - 3+ years multi-site veterinary management experience - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative - Advanced analytical capabilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree required - Willing to relocate to NC/SC region Additional Information: We offer competitive compensation including base salary, target bonus, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits.
