Aircall is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a focus on API and webhooks. This role is central to delivering a high-quality customer experience by providing expert technical support for our platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct technical support for issues related to API integrations and webhook functionality
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems reported by customers
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for Aircall's platform capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve deep technical issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support, developer support, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns
- Ability to read and debug code snippets and API payloads
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with communication platforms or SaaS products
- Experience using support ticketing systems and documentation tools
