RemoteVA PH is hiring a Virtual Assistant to manage our Airbnb and Vrbo properties. In this role, you will optimize online listings and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitive, profitable rates.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of Airbnb and Vrbo listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility.
- Respond to guest inquiries and manage booking processes efficiently.
- Ensure all guest communication is prompt, professional, and personalized.
- Monitor and adjust pricing on platforms to ensure competitive and profitable rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure optimal pricing strategies are in place.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings at once.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market research.
- Proficiency in online platforms and tools (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.).
