JobHire.AI is hiring a Senior AI/ML Product Manager to define and build our best-in-class job discovery and matching engine. In this role, you'll own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of AI-powered features focused on matching, ranking, and personalization, directly shaping the future of our HRtech platform.

What You'll Do

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features, specifically the JobHunt Engine.
Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact.
Translate complex business problems into clear ML hypotheses and solutions.
Work side-by-side with ML engineers and data scientists to define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring.
Design and execute rapid, pragmatic validation cycles.
Formulate clear hypotheses and make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty.
Apply critical thinking to decompose complex, ambiguous problems.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals, including NLP and recommendation systems.
Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features like matching, ranking, and personalization.
Practical knowledge of modern AI/ML concepts: evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.
Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and work processes with ML engineering teams.
5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain.
Proven ability to formulate and rigorously test product/ML hypotheses using statistical methods like A/B testing.
Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations to make informed decisions.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude with the ability to create quick prototypes.
Outcome-oriented mindset and ownership of business results.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and act as a structured thinker.
Fluent in English and Russian.
Excellent ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
