NBCUniversal is hiring a Product Manager

NBCUniversal is looking for a Product Manager, AI Solutions to join our team within Operations & Technology. In this role, you will own enterprise products and agents utilizing Generative AI, driving their strategy and execution. You will play a key part in creating impactful solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products.
• Define detailed requirements and user stories based on stakeholder needs.
• Partner with teams to define and sustain an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights.
• Perform product testing to ensure functionality and conduct demos.
• Own and maintain products, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features.
• Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver decks, reports, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Stay informed on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning technologies, and vendor offerings.
• Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance products and improve operational processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of related professional experience, such as product management or development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with LLM-based Conversational agents.
• Exceptional product management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies.

Nice to Have

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Advanced technical, quantitative, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and their application to product development.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, legal compliance, cyber security, and ethical AI best practices.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the AI Solutions team within the broader Operations & Technology organization.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000.
