Astreya Partners, LLC is hiring an AI/ML Engineer III to serve as a lead engineer responsible for translating business objectives into actionable machine learning initiatives. You will own the complete ML lifecycle, from prototyping to production, and architect the underlying data strategy and platforms.
What You'll Do
- Translate business goals into measurable ML metrics, KPIs, and acceptance thresholds.
- Lead the translation of ambiguous product needs into clear ML success criteria.
- Own the full ML lifecycle from prototyping (including deep learning and GenAI) to deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain observability dashboards and alerts for model performance and feature drift.
- Run and safeguard models in real-time production environments.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and governance for ML projects.
- Pilot new ML tools and frameworks, leading their integration into production where appropriate.
- Architect data strategy, championing reproducibility, traceability, and quality across the ML stack.
- Spearhead adoption of emerging ML trends, running strategic proofs-of-concept and leading production rollouts.
- Act as a cross-organizational ML thought leader, aligning product, infrastructure, legal, and UX teams.
- Deliver scalable ML pipelines with automated training, validation, and deployment workflows.
- Deploy ML solutions integrated with Astreya’s managed service platforms.
- Create dashboards for monitoring inference quality and data drift.
- Build MLOps pipelines incorporating CI/CD practices.
- Lead development of scalable ML models and integrate them into ITSM systems.
- Architect end-to-end AI platforms and oversee cross-domain projects.
- Optimize inference models and drive MLOps best practices.
- Architect end-to-end solutions for AI-driven services.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI implementation and deployment.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience for senior levels.
- Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
- TensorFlow Developer Certificate.
