Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience - you know the developer world from the inside.
- Hands-on experience working in Scrum / Agile teams - you've felt firsthand how different roles interact and depend on each other.
- Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences - technical and non-technical, role by role.
- Metrics-driven mindset - you believe that what gets measured gets improved.
- Hands-on experience with change management or organizational learning.
- High autonomy and comfort with ambiguity - you can move forward without a detailed map.
