Richter Gedeon seeks an AI Technology Lead to drive its artificial intelligence initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will shape the technology roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities, and lead projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet stringent standards for scalability, security, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Create the AI technology roadmap and define strategic priorities.
- Identify new AI opportunities and estimate their potential business impact.
- Direct and coordinate complex AI projects.
- Provide professional guidance to Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and MLOps specialists.
- Select models and define the technology stack.
- Identify and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish robust model validation and testing processes.
- Test and evaluate new technologies, models, and tools.
- Lead prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.
- Build an internal knowledge base and establish best practices.
- Document AI developments and system architectures.
- Present AI results and opportunities to non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
- Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and deploying complex AI projects.
- Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning and deep learning methodologies.
- Hands-on experience developing, validating, and deploying AI/ML models.
- Practical experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Experience designing scalable AI system architectures.
- Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with data processing and database management (SQL, NoSQL, Big Data technologies).
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
