The AI Supply Chain Program Manager will spearhead strategic AI implementation across our supply chain functions. This pivotal role drives innovation, efficiency, and excellence throughout our supply chain processes. The position is fully remote and sits within our Supply Chain AI team. In this role, you'll: • Lead strategic planning, execution, and portfolio management of AI initiatives, ensuring razor-sharp alignment with corporate objectives and delivering tangible business value. • Engage deeply with senior leadership to define crystal-clear program scope, objectives, and success metrics for all AI initiatives. • Provide comprehensive technical oversight of AI projects, including system architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure considerations to guarantee technical feasibility and efficiency. • Foster robust collaboration across business units, technical teams (developers, data scientists, IT), and external partners to drive seamless implementations. • Manage program governance, timelines, resources, and budgets for the AI portfolio, proactively identifying and mitigating business and technical risks throughout the program lifecycle. • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic AI opportunities within supply chain processes based on potential impact and feasibility. • Monitor and report comprehensively on program performance, progress, challenges, and realized business value to stakeholders. Essential requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years of program management experience, including 3 years of leadership coaching, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams. • Extensive experience in program management, particularly in large-scale AI or technology-driven supply chain initiatives. Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies with a proven track record of successful program delivery. Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large programs. • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in supply chain management. • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing change at all organizational levels. • Comfort in an agile, high-speed, cross-functional environment with high ambiguity, balancing short-term business constraints with long-term AI vision and roadmap. • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning. Bonus points for experience in: • Adjacent business domains like Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain management. • Familiarity with Danaher's business model and commercial activities. • Proficiency in DBS tools related to strategy, planning, alignment, decision-making, and tracking.
