Lago is looking for an AI Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated workflows across a variety of client projects. This is a non-client-facing role focused on internal development and delivery, leveraging no-code and low-code tools.
What You'll Do
- Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools
- Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes
- Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects
- Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows
- Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms
- AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments a plus
