What You'll Do
Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, aligning content calendars with business goals for over 14 distinct brands. Leverage AI-powered tools to generate and refine captions, short-form videos, and visual assets, while transforming long-form content into engaging, reusable formats.
Oversee community interactions across comments, direct messages, and private groups, ensuring timely responses and routing customer concerns to the appropriate support channels. Use AI-integrated analytics platforms to monitor performance, produce reports, and recommend data-backed optimizations to improve reach and engagement.
Develop resource kits for influencers and brand ambassadors, and manage the end-to-end coordination of influencer and affiliate campaigns to amplify brand presence.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands, with documented success in growing engagement and audience metrics
- Proficiency with AI content generators, social scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards
- Excellent written English communication and experience moderating online communities
- Skilled in producing and editing short-form video content and adapting long-form material for social channels
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously with precision and creativity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with branding, marketing automation, CRM platforms (especially GoHighLevel), and sales funnel strategies
- Background in health, wellness, or educational content and community initiatives
Technical Stack
