Role Overview
As an AI Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll lead the integration of AI technologies into the sales process by equipping teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Working remotely, you'll focus on developing training programs, curating support resources, and ensuring smooth adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and deployment of AI tools tailored to sales workflows, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
- Develop intuitive playbooks and onboarding guides that help sales representatives effectively use AI capabilities within their daily activities.
- Curate and maintain a centralized, accessible repository of documentation and support materials for all active AI platforms.
- Design and deliver training initiatives that build proficiency in AI-enhanced selling techniques, emphasizing real-world application and behavioral change.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, supporting team members as they adapt to evolving tools and processes.
Qualifications
You bring at least three years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, operations, or digital transformation. You have a track record of guiding teams through technology rollouts and driving user adoption. Hands-on familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in a sales environment is essential.
A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with the unique benefit of being able to work from an international location for up to 30 consecutive days per year. The role supports a collaborative, forward-thinking culture built on hunger to grow, heart in relationships, and harmony in teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. Additional benefits include flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional advancement.
