Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies for AI and ML engineering teams, ensuring compliance with defined delivery methodologies and governance protocols.
- Collaborate with Product, ML Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Architecture teams to plan initiatives, capturing requirements, dependencies, milestones, and risks.
- Manage governance documentation such as project schedules, RAID logs, decision records, and AI delivery artifacts.
- Monitor progress across AI development streams by collecting updates from sprint reviews, model evaluations, training cycles, and checkpoint meetings.
- Enable alignment across functions by organizing client engagement activities, prioritizing AI use cases, and assessing model readiness for deployment.
- Produce bi-weekly delivery status reports highlighting progress, risks, impediments, and upcoming AI release milestones using tools like Smartsheet or Azure DevOps.
