We are seeking an AI Program Manager to proactively drive our plans forward, focusing on future skills in AI, data, and digital.
What You'll Do
- Conduct development plan analysis in Excel and with AI to understand employee upskilling needs, focusing on future skills.
- Lead AI upskilling initiatives cross-functionally, ensuring regulatory literacy and implementing group-wide initiatives.
- Partner with the Transformation Office to understand AI implementation strategy and ensure ethical, responsible, and human-centric AI use.
- Translate AI strategy into practical global learning (70/20/10 model) and support AI integration into the workflow.
- Define AI learning standards, frameworks, and best practices. Design and govern an AI ambassador community.
- Advise functions on AI reskilling and role evolution.
- Scope purchasing needs, engage with suppliers, and manage the selection and onboarding process.
- Use a proactive, innovation-driven approach to learning products, iterating through feedback and testing.
- Manage diverse stakeholder relationships, from participants to senior leaders, influencing across a complex international organization.
- Design and deliver high-quality, interactive virtual learning interventions.
- Ensure smooth logistics and assertive supplier management for high-quality delivery.
- Lead targeted and company-wide communication initiatives using various media channels.
- Monitor and measure the uptake and impact of products and services, translating data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrate how your work grows our learning culture and delivers tangible performance improvements.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools.
What We're Looking For
- Fully fluent in spoken and written English.
- Degree in a related subject (e.g., business, economics, commerce, digital, AI).
- Ability to lead project delivery.
- Understanding of adult learning and development best practices.
- Experience using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and managing large databases.
- Up-to-date AI knowledge and motivation to learn about agentic AI.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote and hybrid learning.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Comfort dealing with numerous stakeholders and proven persuasive skills.
- Curious, forward-thinking, and a high level of problem-solving ability.
- Experience producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and resilient in the face of setbacks.
- Team player with awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences in a global workforce.
- Skills to design inclusive learning programs that incorporate diverse perspectives.
- Ability to prioritize competing projects.
