As the sole designer, you will lead the user experience for AI-powered SaaS platforms, transforming complex data and AI outputs into intuitive, actionable interfaces. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define how users interact with our products and ensure design excellence throughout development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end user experience across all product platforms, defining how users engage with features and functionality.
- Partner with product leadership and managers to turn product strategies into clear user flows, interaction models, and interface designs.
- Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex systems and large datasets, enabling users to quickly grasp insights and act on them.
- Develop wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes to rapidly test and refine product concepts early in development.
- Create interfaces tailored for AI-driven features, helping users effectively interpret and interact with AI-generated insights, recommendations, or chat tools.
- Work directly with software engineers to ensure designs are technically sound, consistent, and accurately implemented.
- Represent the user throughout the development lifecycle by contributing to discovery sessions, usability testing, and feedback reviews.
- Define and evolve design standards, workflows, and principles to support scalable and cohesive product development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design, preferably in SaaS environments.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate UI/UX design, quality assurance, and delivery to teams and clients.
- Background in designing complex digital products, enterprise systems, or highly technical scientific applications.
- Demonstrated ability to produce user journeys, workflows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Strong skill in distilling complex concepts into simple, usable product experiences.
- Proven collaboration with product managers and engineering teams in a product development setting.
- Excellent English communication skills, with professional working proficiency in Greek.
- Proficient in modern design tools including Figma and AI-powered design assistants or plugins.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing interfaces rich in data, such as dashboards or analytics views.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML and CSS.
- Ability to quickly grasp domain-specific workflows, particularly in scientific or analytical contexts.
