AFFINITY is seeking a freelance AI-powered Recruitment Sourcer to help build our internal operating system and support RPO activity for demanding clients. You will structure complex searches, move fast, and deliver clean candidate shortlists across tech, biotech, and corporate roles.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools.
- Build effective search strategies from sometimes imperfect briefs.
- Write complex Boolean search strings.
- Identify 'hidden' or non-obvious job titles.
- Quickly analyze candidate profiles for fit.
- Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups.
- Perform light pre-qualification of candidates.
- Manage 3–4 roles in parallel across a mix of tech, biotech, and corporate functions.
What We're Looking For
- A curious mindset about the business and corporate world, enabling you to find top talent in unfamiliar fields.
- The ability to find creative shortcuts to target niche talent pools and design solutions for full-market coverage.
- A passion for no-code and AI tools.
- Comfort and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
