Dev.Pro is looking for an AI Native Full Stack Engineer to own a single, high-impact AI automation project from initial scope to final shipment. You will research stakeholder needs, propose the architecture, and execute the build within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Own a single, high-impact AI automation project from scope to shipment.
- Research stakeholder needs, propose the architecture, and execute the build.
- Build functional 'V1s' quickly for feedback from medical advisors and CTO.
- Proactively push updates and communicate status.
What We're Looking For
- Seniority & Autonomy: Ability to take a vague problem, draft a design document, define your own milestones, and ship a feature with minimal supervision.
- AI-Native Workflow: Deep proficiency in using AI to write, debug, and architect code.
- Product-Minded: Care about why we are building a feature and how it impacts a doctor or a patient.
- Time Zone Sync: Must be available for rapid iteration and meetings during US Business Hours.
