You will bring AI to life by designing, building, and optimizing intelligent applications that serve end users.

What You'll Do

• Build GenAI agents, workflows, and backend services using LLMs like OpenAI or open-source models.
• Align AI capabilities with real business value and user needs.
• Translate customer pain points into smart, scalable technical solutions.
• Implement guardrails and fallback mechanisms, optimizing for cost, speed, and stability.
• Collaborate with Data/ML Engineers, frontend, QA, and product teams across the full AI lifecycle.
• Share best practices through internal libraries, design patterns, and the company's Data & AI Community.

What We're Looking For

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Comfortable working with APIs, cloud services, and DevOps pipelines.
• Sharp analytical mindset with a focus on robustness and maintainability.
• Clear communication and collaborative skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Knowledge of French.
