As an AI Implementation Engineer, you will play a central role in turning complex business needs into functional, scalable AI solutions on a modern agentic platform. Your work begins at the earliest stages of engagement, helping define vision and technical scope, and continues through design, integration, tuning, and successful go-live.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to understand their operational challenges and co-create AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Design end-to-end system architectures that connect the platform with client environments securely and efficiently, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Apply deep technical knowledge to integrate APIs, model data flows, and optimize LLM-based behaviors through prompt and context engineering.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams, influencing roadmap decisions and feature development.
- Empower customer teams through training and documentation, enabling long-term self-sufficiency.
- Develop reusable frameworks and share best practices across the organization to elevate implementation standards.
- Produce clear, audience-appropriate deliverables—including architecture diagrams, proposals, and demonstrations—to align stakeholders across technical and business functions.
Who You Are
You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and approach problems with both technical rigor and creativity. You're driven by customer outcomes and take ownership of the entire delivery lifecycle. You ask deep questions to understand not just how systems work, but why they are built that way.
You bring strong intuition for system design, experience with API integrations, and a working knowledge of LLM-based applications. You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences and enjoy shaping strategic direction. Your entrepreneurial mindset pushes you to grow rapidly across engineering, product, and business domains.
This role demands accountability, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence—both in solution delivery and in contributing to a culture of shared learning.
