We are looking for an AI Expert Senior Engineer to join our collaborative network of experts. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions that significantly enhance product and project execution, translating business requirements into practical applications.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve product and project delivery outcomes.
- Translate business and operational requirements into practical AI solution designs.
- Define data needs, model approaches, and implementation strategies.
- Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions to validate AI use cases.
- Design and implement AI agent architectures and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver AI solutions.
- Guide implementation of AI tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create documentation, technical guidelines, and implementation playbooks.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and products, recommending adoption where they improve delivery or performance.
- Support knowledge transfer and skill development within teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI or ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and automation techniques.
- Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems including traditional ML, deep learning, generative AI, and agent-based systems.
- Ability to evaluate feasibility of AI use cases considering data, complexity, cost, and impact.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices and governance considerations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI deployment pipelines or MLOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Python and common AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience delivering AI solutions in applied domains (e.g., engineering, operations, analytics).
