ocumeda GmbH is hiring an AI Engineer (m/f/d) to play a significant role in turning our vision into reality by developing innovative AI solutions for eye diagnostics. Your work will directly impact early diagnosis of eye diseases.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement AI algorithms for early diagnosis of eye diseases
Optimize existing AI models and continuously improve their accuracy and efficiency
Integrate AI solutions into our existing products and systems
Collaborate with AI scientists to explore and evaluate new approaches and technologies
Analyze and prepare data for training and validation of AI models
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of developed AI algorithms
Keep up with current trends and developments in AI and medical image processing

What We're Looking For

A completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field with an exceptional track record
Experience in the development and implementation of AI algorithms
Strong knowledge in machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning
Programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience with the deployment and lifecycle management of AI models
Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure
A team-oriented work approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
