Follo is looking for an AI Engineer - Laravel & Python to bring technology, data, and marketing together to advance our performance marketing systems. You will build the technical backbone behind modern performance marketing, ensuring processes are scalable, automated, and future-proof.

What You'll Do

• Design automation flows for content creation for SEO, ad-copy for SEA/Social, and product descriptions for Marketplaces.
• Build integration layers with tools like n8n and Python scripts to connect data to AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Utilize AI coding agents to rapidly prototype scalable marketing solutions with a focus on speed to market.
• Ensure data and analysis tools communicate seamlessly so reporting is real-time, in-depth, and automated.
• Identify bottlenecks in campaign management and solve them with smart automation.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to write independent Python scripts for API calls, data processing, and automation.
• Understanding of how Laravel applications are structured.
• Strong skills in SQL / BigQuery, including complex queries, window functions, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations via Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google API, including knowledge of tools, prompting, and agents.
• You use AI as a multiplier, not a replacement, and understand the code you write.
• Experience working with GitHub and resolving merge conflicts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP / Vertex AI.
