Deloitte is seeking an experienced AI Engineer for a 1-year fixed term contract. You will leverage expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced RAG techniques, and agentic AI design to deliver impactful solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust AI services.
What You'll Do
- Architect and implement AI solutions using LLMs and LangGraph, focusing on advanced RAG techniques like hybrid search and multi-vector retrieval.
- Design and develop APIs and microservices to ensure seamless integration of AI models with enterprise systems.
- Build and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, including multi-step reasoning agents, tool-calling agents, and planner-executor patterns using LangGraph.
- Apply NLP and traditional machine learning techniques for tasks like clustering, information extraction, and data enrichment.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to elevate technical capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/machine learning solutions using Python.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI design and orchestration.
- Experience with LangGraph and building agent workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, planner-executor patterns).
- Advanced knowledge of RAG techniques, including hybrid search and multi-vector retrieval.
- Proficiency in designing and developing APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Familiarity with traditional ML-based clustering techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
