SAP Software Solutions is looking for an AI Data Engineer working student to join our mission to revolutionize Business AI by developing Foundation Models that effectively leverage enterprise data. This paid master's student position assists AI Data Engineers in data extraction, acquisition, storage, transformation, annotation, and curation, helping clients optimize business processes across more than 20 industries.
What You'll Do
- Help develop a Foundation Model on structured business data.
- Assist AI Data Engineers in the extraction, acquisition, storage, transformation, annotation, and curation of data.
- Work independently on internal infrastructure to build and improve data assets for the team.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, understand their needs, and help supply them with appropriate data.
- Work with internal partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, tools, and systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in a master’s course in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or other relevant disciplines.
- Strong Python coding skills and experience with frameworks such as SciPy, NumPy, pandas, or similar.
- Diligent and thorough working style.
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines.
- Experience with data and error analysis and ability to clearly present core insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
