Remote Talent LATAM is hiring an AI Content Writer for a performance-driven digital marketing agency. In this role, you will produce, refine, and scale AI-generated content while preserving brand voice, SEO strategy, and editorial quality. You will report directly to the SEO Team Lead and Project Manager.
What You'll Do
- Create AI-generated content at scale using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs
- Develop and refine prompts, templates, and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Review, edit, and humanize AI-generated content for accuracy, brand voice, and SEO alignment
- Produce 60–100+ blog posts, service pages, and web pages per month
- Collaborate with the SEO team on keyword research and content optimization
- Implement AEO/GEO best practices for AI-powered search visibility
- Manage content calendars and workflows in ClickUp
- Learn and apply industry-specific knowledge (stone fabrication, kitchen & bath; training provided)
- Deliver content that meets zero-revision standards and supports 95%+ client retention
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of professional writing experience across multiple content formats
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation and refinement
- Strong ability to match brand voice across different tones and industries
- Solid SEO knowledge: keyword integration, search intent, on-page optimization
- Highly detail-oriented with strong editorial judgment
- Scale-oriented mindset focused on systems and workflows
- Self-sufficient and accountable with minimal oversight
- Availability to work EST hours
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI writing platforms (Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.)
- Knowledge of AEO/GEO and AI search optimization
- Experience using ClickUp
- Familiarity with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier)
- Background in home improvement or home services content
