SwiftStart is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help Petra Brands leverage AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate operations, and improve business intelligence. You will work across a group of agency and retail businesses to pinpoint opportunities where AI can save time, reduce manual work, and enhance outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and improvement.
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows for operations, sales, data processing, and content creation.
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems like CRMs, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Write and refine prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results from AI models.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and introduce innovative ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Manus AI, or ChatGPT.
- Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving ability to deconstruct complex, inefficient processes.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Familiarity with APIs and databases.
- Background working in agency or retail environments.
- Experience measuring ROI on automation projects.
