Scalia is looking for a part-time AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and implement AI agents and workflow automations for our client. You will be hands-on with AI tools, skilled at integrating them into business processes, and experienced in building smart workflows on platforms like monday.com.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents to support internal and client projects.
Automate workflows in monday.com and integrate with other SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365 and Slack.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes using AI and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver solutions.
Document processes, provide training, and ensure adoption of AI solutions and workflows.
Automate core project management functions, including scheduling, project cost estimating, budget tracking, change order management, and resource allocation.
Streamline document control, RFI/submittal tracking, meeting minutes, and project reporting through AI-driven workflows.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience with AI agent creation (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or similar).
Strong knowledge of workflow automation (ideally monday.com, Zapier, Make, or similar).
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows between platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
Strong ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in startups or consulting environments.
