Scalia is looking for a part-time AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and implement AI agents and workflow automations for our client. You will be hands-on with AI tools, skilled at integrating them into business processes, and experienced in building smart workflows on platforms like monday.com.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents to support internal and client projects.
- Automate workflows in monday.com and integrate with other SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365 and Slack.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes using AI and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver solutions.
- Document processes, provide training, and ensure adoption of AI solutions and workflows.
- Automate core project management functions, including scheduling, project cost estimating, budget tracking, change order management, and resource allocation.
- Streamline document control, RFI/submittal tracking, meeting minutes, and project reporting through AI-driven workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with AI agent creation (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation (ideally monday.com, Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows between platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
- Strong ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in startups or consulting environments.
