Remote VA is hiring an AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI-driven workflows. You will transform manual bottlenecks into seamless, automated experiences by leveraging large language models and advanced audio technology.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automations using n8n (Self-hosted or Cloud).
Implement and optimize high-fidelity voice synthesis using ElevenLabs for automated content creation, phone agents, or personalized messaging.
Connect diverse platforms like CRMs, databases, and social media via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom HTTP requests within n8n.
Integrate AI models from OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), or local providers into workflows for data extraction, summarization, and content generation.
Fine-tune ElevenLabs settings for stability, clarity, and style to ensure professional-grade audio output.
Maintain system health, troubleshoot failed executions, and optimize execution costs and token usage.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in No-Code/Low-Code automation or Backend Development.
Deep experience with n8n nodes, expressions, and JavaScript snippets for complex data transformations.
Proven experience with the ElevenLabs API, including Voice Cloning (Instant/Professional), Speech-to-Speech, and Projects API.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for custom function nodes.
Expert knowledge of JSON, Regex, and handling nested data arrays.
A problem solver who identifies inefficiencies and proposes automated solutions.
Detail oriented, understanding that a single missing comma or poorly tuned voice parameter can break the user experience.
Ability to demonstrate previous workflows or automated projects built.
