Responsibilities
- Lead structured client workshops to document existing workflows, inefficiencies, and manual processes
- Evaluate use cases to determine where AI can add value—and when it should not be applied
- Develop justification for automation projects including projected time savings, reduced errors, and financial impact
- Create ranked implementation plans based on technical viability, return on investment, and client preparedness
- Build and sustain client confidence through transparent communication and reliable delivery
- Convert process analysis into functional automation solutions using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, or custom Python scripts
- Incorporate large language models from providers like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini into data systems and business operations
- Produce clear, well-documented, and sustainable code, primarily in Python with occasional JavaScript or TypeScript
- Oversee performance, make improvements, and update automated systems after deployment
