Gabe's is looking for an AI Agent Developer to design and build autonomous AI agents. You will be responsible for creating functional agent systems that operate effectively within business contexts.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop autonomous AI agent systems from concept to implementation
- Build, test, and deploy agents that perform complex, multi-step tasks
- Integrate AI agents with existing systems and data sources
- Monitor and optimize agent performance, reliability, and reasoning capabilities
- Collaborate to define agent objectives, tools, and evaluation metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and deploying functional AI agents in a production environment
- Strong understanding of agent architectures, reasoning models, and tool-use paradigms
- Proficiency with relevant AI frameworks and LLM orchestration tools
- Ability to translate business problems into clear agent specifications and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical outcomes
