Wabtec Corporation is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Tools group. In this role, you will serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact products and services.
What You'll Do
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure team progress and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
- Track and report on key Agile metrics like velocity and sprint burndown to stakeholders.
- Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies and align on delivery goals.
- Support onboarding of new team members and acquisitions into Agile processes.
- Champion Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or enterprise tools environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and complex product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
