Endava is looking for an Agile Project Manager to take responsibility for account delivery and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will manage KPIs, lead and coordinate teams, and ensure efficient Agile delivery within product domains.
What You'll Do
- Drive efficient Agile delivery within product domains, foster Agile proficiency across teams, and influence stakeholders and dependencies.
- Oversee team(s) to deliver products in a connected environment, facilitating coordination and co-planning among teams and Product Owners.
- Ensure clear expectation setting, harmonization in co-planning, integrated product increments, and cross-team coordination.
- Identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across systems and platforms to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster team development and enable sustained high performance.
- Identify bottlenecks in development workflows and propose process improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure smooth collaboration across distributed teams.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience mentoring team members with no previous Agile experience.
- Knowledge of introducing Agile methodologies into new environments.
- Ability to enforce Scrum and other Agile principles and explain their benefits.
- Technical understanding to provide support to the consulting team.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work in an adaptable, flexible environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master certification is preferable.
- Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other leading Agile certifications.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
