Salla is seeking an Agile Lead to oversee the development and execution of projects using Agile methodology. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure agile practices are well applied.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Support Product Owners in refining and maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
- Provide transparency into progress, team health, and performance through regular reporting and metrics tracking.
- Guide the Scrum/Kanban team through iterations, helping the team stay focused and actively removing impediments.
- Foster and support team self-organization and autonomy.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and sustainable team development.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by leading and implementing enhancements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Emphasize incremental delivery and align team goals with business priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a software development environment.
- 4+ years of experience leading Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodology.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira or Trello.
