This role leads the delivery of digital services within a cross-functional government team, focusing on creating meaningful impact for citizens. You will guide agile practices across the team’s workflow, ensuring consistent progress through iterative development and user feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain agile processes that support effective planning, execution, and reflection, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members in agile and lean principles, helping them grow in autonomy and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to shape the product roadmap and translate it into a clear, actionable backlog.
- Facilitate collaborative planning sessions, balancing team capacity with priority goals to maintain sustainable delivery.
- Identify and resolve impediments that slow progress, navigating organizational structures to keep work moving.
- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, making complex ideas clear and accessible.
- Visualize workflows and user journeys to improve team understanding and alignment.

- Strong facilitation skills with experience guiding groups toward shared outcomes.
- Capacity to simplify complex problems into manageable user stories and incremental steps.
- Skill in empowering teams to self-organize and improve continuously.
- Clear communication style, effective across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort with sketching or visual modeling to support team learning and decision-making.
- Experience launching new teams or introducing agile practices to those unfamiliar with them is a strong advantage.
