b_labs, the transformation and digitization arm of B.TECH, is hiring an Agile Coach to drive our agile transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching teams on agile practices, fostering a cultural shift towards an agile mindset, and leading this change across the entire organization.

What You'll Do

Coach and mentor individuals and teams on adopting an agile mindset as a cultural shift.
Coach teams on agile practices and frameworks, with a strong focus on Scrum practices.
Coach and mentor Engineering & Product teams to enhance release planning, agile ceremonies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Transfer knowledge and help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective through collaboration and quality practices.
Lead the overall relationship between lines of business and the Agile COE through relationship building, facilitation, and alignment with leadership needs.
Onboard new groups or lines of business into the transformation process, providing overviews and evangelizing agile practices.
Introduce suitable Agile methodologies and implement agility in product delivery processes.
Evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values to maximize results.
Demonstrate and share experiences with all team members to ensure best practices are used and recommend process improvements.
Oversee the cohesion of initiatives involving multiple agile teams and lead initiative performance.
Assess emerging trends and best practices to determine their implications on business strategy.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-moving tech environment.
Certified in Agile methodologies (e.g., ICAgile, ACSM, Kanban, SAFe).
Deep knowledge of agile principles and the flexibility to adapt experience to new and evolving environments.
Experience with large-scale software delivery and/or agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations.
Hands-on mentality to directly talk to different stakeholders across squads.
Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction.

Nice to Have

Good experience in conducting Agile trainings.
Passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship.
