At Wipro, we are building a modern digital transformation partner. We are seeking an Agentic AI Developer dedicated to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, production-grade AI agents. This key role involves leveraging the Microsoft Azure AI Foundry platform and Copilot Studio to build intelligent, autonomous agents that empower enterprise workflows and drive innovation at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize robust single and multi-agent workflows focusing on classification, validation, exception management, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents by harnessing Azure AI Foundry and crafting business-centric agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate AI agents with diverse enterprise systems including APIs, line-of-business applications, and event-driven triggers such as emails, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines involving document ingestion and vector similarity search.
- Ensure solutions meet production readiness standards, emphasizing CI/CD, comprehensive monitoring, observability, security compliance, and governance.
- Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks.
- Build and maintain relationships with delivery and practice leadership teams and other key stakeholders.
- Define database physical structure, functional capabilities, security, back-up and recovery specifications.
- Develop and establish relevant technical, business process and overall support metrics (KPI/SLA).
- Monitor system capabilities and performance by performing tests and configurations.
- Integrate new solutions and troubleshoot previously occurred errors.
- Manage multiple projects and accurately report the status of all major assignments.
- Identify technical, process, structural risks and prepare a risk mitigation plan.
- Ensure quality assurance of all architecture or design decisions and provide technical mitigation support.
- Recommend tools for reuse, automation for improved productivity and reduced cycle times.
- Help the support and integration team for better efficiency and client experience by using AI methods.
- Develop trust and build effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement.
- Ensure architecture principles and standards are consistently applied.
- Support the pre-sales team while presenting the entire solution design and its principles to the client.
- Negotiate, manage and coordinate with the client teams to ensure all requirements are met.
- Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability in front of the client.
