Europcar Mobility Group is hiring an Agent de Comptoir F/H to join the Goldcar agency located at Marseille airport. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing quality service to national and international clients through warm welcomes, information, and personalized advice.
What You'll Do
- Develop agency revenue by applying additional sales strategies for services like insurance, GPS, and vehicle upgrades.
- Establish rental contracts in compliance with specific procedures.
- Handle the opening and closing of the agency.
- Manage general administrative tasks for the agency.
- Process vehicle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Mastery of English and a strong desire to use it daily with clients.
- Strong commercial sense and enjoyment of achieving set objectives.
- Good team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and in shifts with decaled hours.
- A valid Category B driving license.

You will report directly to the Office Manager of the Goldcar Marseille airport agency, integrating into a close-knit and dynamic team.
