Hostinger is looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager to lead and expand our affiliate marketing program. In this role, you will be responsible for driving affiliate marketing growth and performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate channel
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing performance
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners
- Analyze data to report on channel performance and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate efforts with broader goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing management
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance
- Experience with affiliate network platforms and tracking tools
- Ability to build and manage relationships with partners
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in or authorized to work in Warsaw, Madrid, or Barcelona.
