Pinch Med Spa is hiring an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (APRN) contractor to deliver aesthetic treatments in clients' homes across Minnesota. This role offers the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your independent practice with the full support and resources of the Pinch brand, which covers malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and overhead costs.
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
- Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
- Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
- Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
- Manage products and supplies responsibly
- Keep accurate and timely client records
- Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
- Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
What We're Looking For
- Active APRN license in Minnesota, full practice authority preferred
- Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification

- Existing patient network
