EWOR GmbH is looking for an Aerospace Co-Founder / CRO to build and lead your own high-growth startup. You will embark on a structured personal development journey and receive extensive support from unicorn founders to scale your company to €100M+ in revenues and beyond.

What You'll Do

Build and run your own startup in fields such as Aerospace.
Embark on a fully customised personal development programme focusing on goal, time, and energy management.
Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
