About Enterprise Technical Capabilities Central to our global strategy and digital transformation, Enterprise Technical Capabilities (ETC) serves as the primary collaborative platform. Operating across geographical boundaries, ETC partners with regional project teams to provide specialized technical expertise, accelerate delivery, and maintain industry competitiveness. With a network of over 3000 technical professionals spanning nine countries and remote technical anchors, ETC teams are entrusted to deliver high-quality specialist services addressing capability gaps, resourcing requirements, and technical challenges across projects of varying scopes and complexities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Spearhead electrical design development from conceptual stages to intricate detailing. 2. Create comprehensive design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation, including junior engineer material reviews. 3. Generate detailed design reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. 4. Conduct precise on-site electrical service surveys. 5. Collaborate with Professional Engineer with Practice Certification in establishing connections and managing Authority Submissions. 6. Coordinate with local government departments for design project approvals. 7. Develop relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and professionals to bring electrical building service designs to fruition. 8. Manage projects from inception to successful completion. 9. Mentor and supervise junior engineers. 10. Assist in competitive tender and bid preparations. 11. Demonstrate and share technical expertise. Qualifications: 1. Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. 2. Minimum 7-10 years of design experience in construction/infrastructure projects. 3. Preferred Professional Engineer status 4. Advanced CAD software proficiency 5. Comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) process understanding 6. Experience in Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure projects preferred 7. Proven BIM environment design and construction project execution 8.
