AECOM was looking for an AECOM Auxiliares Logísticos

AECOM is seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and logistical support for environmental impact studies and projects, ensuring smooth operations in the field and office.

What You'll Do

  • Execute field work for Environmental Impact Studies.
  • Perform logistical activities including obtaining quotations, managing purchases, arranging travel, contracting personnel, and supporting meetings.
  • Purchase and/or rent materials and resources for project needs.
  • Search for lodging, food, transportation, and other necessities for professional staff.
  • Conduct visits to secure property entry permits.
  • Distribute supplies and equipment.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education in administrative and logistical support tasks.

Nice to Have

  • A technical degree or current enrollment in the final semesters of an administrative-focused program.
