As an Advocate Marketing Specialist, you will shape and lead community initiatives that strengthen relationships among advocates through meaningful events and experiences. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a dynamic calendar of virtual and in-person gatherings, ensuring each event aligns with broader engagement goals and drives sustained advocate involvement.
What You’ll Do
- Design, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion, including budget oversight, vendor coordination, contract management, and on-site logistics
- Develop promotional strategies to drive advocate participation and amplify event reach
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Clinical Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership to align programming with organizational priorities
- Analyze event performance using key indicators such as satisfaction, engagement, and retention to inform future strategy
- Serve as the main liaison for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution
What We’re Looking For
You have 4–6 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or experiential marketing, ideally within a fast-moving startup environment. You’re skilled at balancing creative programming with operational precision and thrive in high-intensity settings where impact matters.
- Proven track record planning and delivering events that build community and connection
- Experience working with independent or contract-based participants is a strong plus
- Degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
- Must be based in the United States
- Startup experience—especially in venture-backed tech or consumer-facing companies—is highly valued
