Solace is seeking an Advocate Marketing Specialist to design and deliver meaningful experiences that strengthen connection and community among our advocates. This role is central to driving advocate retention. You will plan, promote, and execute community events and marketing strategies to foster belonging and empower our advocates.
What You'll Do
- Plan, promote, and execute a calendar of virtual and in-person advocate community events.
- Lead end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor management, contracts, and on-site logistics.
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting on key metrics, such as advocate satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in events coordination, community management, experiential or marketing manager roles.
- Experience planning and executing events in a start-up environment.
- A high level of agency and autonomy, with a vision for how community events build culture and belonging.
- Applicants must be based in the United States.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Experience with community building for 1099 employees.
- Strong preference for experience at venture-backed technology or consumer startups.
