ServiceNow is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant to join our team. In this hands-on technical role, you will support solution sales for our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX products, guiding revenue by developing and positioning product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will be pivotal in achieving our sales goals by aligning ServiceNow solutions with customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with their needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements to address customer needs.
- Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence.
- Willingness to travel, as necessary.

- Highly prefer candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
