Responsibilities
- Persuade prospective and current customers to adopt the IT Operations Management suite to overcome obstacles hindering their objectives
- Inspire stakeholders with forward-thinking insights on the evolution of ITOM technologies
- Lead the development and dissemination of best practices and educational content to accelerate customer success
- Assess, define, and execute customer-facing activities including presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Promote awareness of platform capabilities and industry advancements through participation in public forums, customer events, and marketing engagements
- Represent customer perspectives by delivering field insights to product and engineering teams for roadmap refinement
- Serve as a regional expert on market dynamics and competitive positioning, particularly in differentiating ITOM offerings
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams, guiding value-based decision-making through consultative engagement
